NOTICE - PROMINENCE PATIENTS

We are currently working with legal counsel to address the contract termination initiated by Prominence. We will update you when we have more information.

We understand the timing of Prominence’s termination has caused many of you distress, as this termination leaves you without the ability to select a different plan to continue care at Reno Eye Institute for a significant amount of time.

Patient/customer feedback carries significant weight, and it is important that Prominence hears your perspective directly.

Please contact Medicare to report this contract termination which prevents your ability to seek care with your preferred provider. As Medicare has oversight over all Medicare Advantage Plans, they take patient complaints seriously.

IF YOU HAVE PROMINENCE THROUGH YOUR EMPLOYER:

 

Please call the number on the back of your card and voice your concerns.

We also suggest reaching out to your human resources officer to report this issue which prevents your ability to seek care with your preferred provider.
